New Components Short Form Catalog By Schaffner Provides Solutions For Power Efficiency And Reliability

EDISON, N.J. September 2007 – Schaffner EMC, a leading provider of EMI/RFI components and solutions for power quality, has recently released its new components short form catalog showcasing its complete line of filters, chokes, feed-through and power quality components and pulse transformers for electronic systems.

The 12-page catalog offers an easy-to-use product selection chart highlighting Schaffner's extensive line of single phase and three phase products. The chart guides users to the specific product family and model number of the proper component for a specific application and provides a corresponding page number in the catalog, so users can easily locate detailed product information.

A unique fold-out section, complete with corresponding photos, model numbers, and catalog page numbers, provides a list of typical applications for each product, allowing users to identify the right component for specific environments. Schaffner's components are used throughout alternative energy, building automation, machinery, and office applications, as well as in the process automation, military and medical markets.

The expanded product information for each series of components is also provided in chart format. Each product series page provides features, typical applications and basic specification data, such as current and attenuation performance.
